Inspiration means "to breath life into".
Just about every where I look these days, life is emerging. Buds on trees, blossoms from flowers... a beautiful baby born into my family! Nature has its way of inspiring us with each day...and in each season. Life is truly a miracle.
Spring is a perfect time for new life to breath its way into your life. Whether it be your body, your relationship(s), your career--new life is ready to awaken in you!
So, brush off those cob webs (literally as well as in your mind) and let the light of the season illuminate you.

What are you waiting for?! When it comes to putting our dreams, intentions and goals into motion, stories can arise.
- There's not enough money
- You don't have enough information
- The time isn't right
- You don't feel ready
Sometimes the above really do need
attention.
To create what we want, our steps
may include finding the time and money to
make it happen. HOWEVER, more often than not,
these stories are exuses that result
in...well, NO result.
If the above considerations are genuine, then make a plan. Don't let them fool you into dormancy. Identify what resources you need, establish the steps, get the support you need and GO FOR IT!
If you recognize that the above considerations are simply not true, then make a choice. Get clear about what you want. Decide to do it and act.
Either way, get out the waiting line for life. Break away from it and LIVE.

The divine feminine is on the rise, and let me tell you, it is juicy, big and potent. It is so exciting! This energy will transform your life and our world. There is a new consciousness forming, and it includes the re-claiming of the feminine.
What does this mean to you? Does this affect men as well as women? YES. Its essence and qualities will expand and enrich your life. The divine feminine will bring meaning to what is missing and nourish your soul. It will help “make sense” of deep longings and provide a path to greater self-understanding and expression. It will do this for you, and more. In the collective consciousness, it will offer a healing salve to wounds and restore balance and wholeness.
What I know to be true from re-invigorating my own aliveness and creating a life to match is that embracing the divine feminine has been key to finding balance and wholeness, not to mention simple delight.

Sweet Crude, a documentary now in post-production, tells the story of Nigeria’s Niger Delta. The region is seething and the global stakes are high. But in this moment, there’s an opportunity to find solutions. What if the world paid attention before it was too late?
