"Sweet Crude" is more than a movie. It is a catalyst for change. It is a mechanism for awareness, education and action. It is an expression of humanity.

While in Nigeria, our hearts and minds were called to more than documenting a story. We chose to be more than observers and reporters, to assume a proactive role in creating change in the people's lives we were documenting.

A few of us are involved with ongoing efforts to build the quality of lives for people in the Niger Delta. Some of the projects grew out of our original trip to the Delta.
